RIVER COTTAGE

The River Cottage provides a peaceful and charming place to relax and prepare for your special day or your big event. Originally part of a working dairy that served the local area until the mid-20th century, the cottage has been lovingly restored while preserving its historic character.

Inside, you’ll find a newly refurbished interior blending modern comfort with country charm. The cottage features three double bedrooms, all with serene river views, and a modern kitchen and bathroom equipped with underfloor heating, a dishwasher, and an induction hob. There’s also a utility and boot room with a washing machine — perfect for longer stays or countryside adventures.

The sitting room, complete with a woodburner and cosy window seats overlooking the river, is ideal for quiet mornings or unwinding after the celebrations. Step outside onto the terrace, where you can enjoy breathtaking river views, and an option hot tub to unwind in.

The cottage can be hired for a minimum of 2 nights. 2 nights are included should you host your wedding with us!
